I USE IT FOR YOGURT PARFAIT. THE PLASTIC IS TOUGH AND IS GOOD QUALITY.IT CAN BE REUSED WITHOUT PROBLEM. HOWEVER SOMETIMES THE LID WOULD NOT STICK (MAY BE 20 CUPS OUT OF 1000CUPS ), GREAT PRODUCT OVERALL
