For use with plywood subfloors or concrete surfaces, this ready-to-use, latex-based mixture can be used to fill cracks and knot holes or to level low areas. It is also ideal for filling and leveling surfaces before installing carpeting, vinyl floor tile or sheeting, and ceramic or mosaic floor tile.

This formula remains flexible, allowing for joint movement without cracking the filled areas. It hardens into a light gray finish, and it can be sanded to a feathered edge.
