Choose a product you can rely on with this Oatey Orange Lava 32166 8 oz. CPVC hot cut-in cement. This one-step cement quickly and easily solvent welds CPVC piping while also acting as a primer. It melts pipe surfaces quickly to weld joints, requiring no additional use of primer. It is formulated for CPVC pipe and fittings up to 6" diameter interference fit. The medium-bodied, fast-setting formula fills gaps in no time, providing dependability and protection whenever you need it. It is designed for use with hot or cold water systems up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

This CPVC hot cut-in cement sets very quickly. It is specially designed for applications where downtime is limited. Its quick setting eliminates the need for bracing. Suggested applications for this product include use on potable water cut-in, pressure, and repair applications. Made with low volatile organic compounds (VOC), this primer meets product meets NSF/ANSI 61 and ASTM F493, and D2846 specifications. It also complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management Districts 1168/316A requirements.
