What are the different weights for plastic cutlery?
Medium Weight is the lightest, most economical option. It is smaller than heavy weight and extra heavy weight. Flexes easily and may not be an ideal choice for tougher foods. Heavy Weight is significantly larger and more rigid than medium weight. Extra Heavy Weight is the same size as heavy weight but noticeably thicker and more rigid still.
