This beverage dispenser is a good idea, but there could definitely be some improvements. It's a very simple machine overall and it really fits our needs at our restaurants for our lemonades. But, the reason I gave it 2 stars is because of all the small pieces it has that are hard to keep track of in a busy restaurant. There are at least really important pieces that we could lose easily when washing dishes and it would 1 whole section out if commission. I think it could be done better. The other issue is with all those little pieces it's a pain to put back together. 1st, you can't take a container off unless it's empty and you can never really empty it 100% so you always have spillage. I purchased because it's compact foot print. over look was great but as i have found out function not so much. So buy a domestic commercial product from a known company pay the higher price tag because you need it to preform. you hand carry it to Guam because a good product is tough if not impossible to get and shoulder the extra expense. Which would be ok but in the first 2 weeks, leaks all over, loss of product, the mess. so committed maybe i did something wrong so change gaskets i know new why hey need to make it work. so clean it reset everything so in the morning walk into all over the floor. I like having these, because anything you put in there just makes it look refreshing. It's constantly cycling so it's evenly mixed and tastes fresh.

One of the dispensers started "leaking/loosing" all products added to it very quickly from pouring valves on day one. The other one started leaking a few months later. I immediately contacted Webstaurant customer support after I received and tested the items and observed the leak, and they told me to register my product at www.grindmaster.com and follow up with the warranty coverage. However, they did not me that this item is under a 60-day money-back guarantee. I wish they did because I now have an expensive dispenser that is leaking all day long. I now have to search for either replacement pouring valves or 5-gallon bowls. Not happy with this item.

I was very excited to use this product because of the size for my small space, boy was I wrong. Not only was the taking apart and putting back together for cleaning very tedious, it started to leak after 6 months. This made us constantly change out our beverages and loss of product. And then after one year of use the refrigeration will just shut off randomly which made us waste even more product! It surprises me a well known company like crathco is offering this defective product. I’ve tried contacting the manufacture several times with no luck.

Do not buy for hotel or restaurant use. There are far better dispensers that are less expensive, and lighter weight. Ours was leaking from day 1 and we fixed it ourselves temporarily but now it's too late to return. Do not buy.

Bought this crathco after owning an avantco that was defected from manufacture. Has not given any issues. Stay cold and circulates well. Runs 24/7. Still going strong a year in non stop.

Great machine and works very well. A great display to help up-sell beverages in a restaurant. I wish this brand made more options for the drink labels. Otherwise a solid piece of equipment and brand. I own two of these.

This item is perfect for your business needs . It really catches the customers eyes . Also it works great. Had it for 2 years . Easy to clean. You can also leave it on for weeks straight and it will never have a problem with overheating . I suggest to clean it for fresh product everyday.

Easy to clean, very powerful machine. I have used other brands in the past but CRATHCO d25-4 over performs prior machines. Motor stays cool and keeps rotating. Love the middle tube to maintain juice in complete motion at all times which helps to keep it fresh. Great product.

This 5 gallon refrigerated beverage dispenser was convenient to have at work because it held the two different speciality drinks that we served. It keeps the drinks at the perfect temperature!
