Ensure that your cold food is stored safely with this Cooper-Atkins 6142-20-3 2" dial refrigerator / freezer panel thermometer with 48" capillary. This thermometer measures temperatures from -40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 15 degrees Celsius) and includes safe zones to indicate the best storage temperatures for cold food. It's accurate to +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit and is designed to continually monitor the temperature of freezers and coolers in commercial food service applications.

With a front flange mount and back connection, this thermometer can be mounted flush against the surface of your cooler, making it easy to work around. The stainless steel housing and polycarbonate lens are durable and easy to clean. It also has a 2" diameter dual scale dial and a 48" capillary that allows the thermometer to display interior temperatures from outside a refrigerator or freezer. The three 3/16" diameter mounting holes are evenly spaced to offer enough support for a stable mount. This thermometer is a convenient and reliable addition to your HACCP program.
