This Ergodyne Chill-Its 6717CT hard hat liner pad is a simple and efficient solution for relief in extreme temperatures. This liner pad is designed to help regulate the body temperature and reduce the risk of heat-related illness by offering a simple, renewable solution to excessive heat. When wet, this liner pad softens and remains light weight for up to 4 hours of cooling relief. It is made of 100% cotton with super evaporative PVA technology for instant cooling without bulk or slime, and it consists of both a liner pad and neck shade. Its low-profile, no-bulk design allows it to be worn with hard hats to shade the neck and protect against harmful UV rays.

This liner pad fits most hard hats and safety helmets, and it has 2 hook and loop straps to easily and securely attach to the suspension. It boasts a wide panel that provides full coverage over the back of your neck for superior protection from the sun. The PVA material will dry stiff like a sponge, and it is easy to reactivate by simply running it under water until it becomes soft again. This liner pad is machine washable and should be air dried. It is ideal for construction, landscaping, and any work taking place in the intense heat.
