This range saves space with its drop-in, single hob design. With a reliable, high-temperature glass-ceramic top and durable stainless steel housing, this induction range is built to last, ensuring reliable performance in high-volume settings. Equipped with a sloped, user-friendly 4 5/16" standard display panel, this range allows you to adjust temperatures between 85-425 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you precise control over your food preparation. You can also select from 2 different display options, either the power percentage or the temperature.

The range delivers efficient, even heat distribution along the bottom of compatible cookware (sold separately) with its automatic pan detection. Additionally, this unit features microprocessors that monitor vital components of the unit while the integral fan, grease filter, and air baffle ensure the unit functions as it should. The automatic shut-off feature prevents overheating, giving you peace of mind during operation. This unit comes with a 6' power cord.
