Comark ST38L Details
Accurately measure food temperatures with this Comark ST38L 9 7/8" Type-T heavy-duty pallet probe with 39" coiled cable. This probe features an impressive temperature range, measuring from -148 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit with a response time of just 5 seconds when used with a compatible thermocouple thermometer (sold separately). Plus, the handle includes BioCote Antimicrobial Protection for added safety and sanitation. It comes equipped with a coiled cable that extends to 39" when you need a longer reach, and then it retracts for convenient storage.
The Type-T thermocouple sensor gives you a precise reading so you can be confident in the temperatures of food products. This pallet probe is designed with a flattened stem section, making it easier to insert this probe in between products on a pallet. This probe is designed with a 6-pin, Lumberg connector to connect to thermocouple thermometers (sold separately).
