Accurately measure food temperatures with this Comark PX22L/C 4" thermistor penetration probe with 39" coiled cable. This probe features an impressive temperature range of -40 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit with a response time of just 5 seconds when used with a compatible thermocouple thermometer (sold separately). It has an accuracy of + / - 0.9 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes equipped with a 39" cable for extra reach and convenience. Plus, the handle includes BioCote Antimicrobial Protection for added safety and sanitation.

The thermistor sensor gives you a precise reading so you can be confident in the cooking temperature of the meat or food you are cooking. This probe takes the guess work out of cooking meat or poultry. Simply insert the clean probe into the center of your meat to obtain an accurate temperature reading. This probe is designed with a 6-pin, Lumberg connector to connect to thermocouple thermometers (sold separately).
