Ensure food safety in your establishment with this Comark KM28KIT Type-K thermocouple thermometer kit with protective rubber boot and thin tip penetration probe. This kit includes a Type-K thermocouple thermometer, a protective boot, and a thin tip probe so you can get started right away. The thermometer has a wide measuring range of -40 to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and an accuracy within + / - 2 degrees of the temperature reading. The included PK19M probe has a temperature range of -58 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, this thermometer includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience.

This thermometer has a protective rubber boot for added protection. It also has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle for increased sanitation and safety. It's water-resistant so that you can use this thermometer in humid or steamy environments. The simple, 2-button keypad is easy to clean and has a 3/4" display so your staff can easily see the temperature readings. It also comes equipped with a coiled cable that extends to 39" when you need a longer reach, and then it retracts for convenient storage. This thermometer includes an auto-off feature to preserve the 9V IEC battery included, which has 300 hours of battery life.
