This probe features an impressive temperature range up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a response time of just 2 seconds when used with a compatible thermocouple thermometer (sold separately). It comes equipped with a 48" cable for extra reach and convenience. Plus, it's disposable for convenient one-time use.
The Type-K thermocouple sensor gives you a precise reading so you can be confident in the oven temperature while you're cooking or baking, and so you can monitor the air temperature of walk-ins and storage areas. This probe is designed with a 2-pin, sub-miniature connector to connect to thermocouple thermometers (sold separately).
