The Cleveland TMKEL-100-T 100 gallon tilting electric 2/3 steam jacketed twin mixer kettle quickly heats, churns, and stirs large batches of batters, mashed potatoes, and sauces to a smooth consistency! This model features a mixer with infinitely variable mixing speeds, letting you stir its contents to make processed meats for vacuum-sealing. Additionally, its twin structure allows preparation of a second batch of food while one kettle is being mixed.

This Cleveland 100 gallon tilting steam jacketed twin mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. It features a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve for easy dispensing, as well as a high-capacity, large lip for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. This unit must be tilted manually. Its flanged, level-adjustable feet can be bolted to the floor.

The Cleveland TMKEL-100-T 100 gallon tilting electric steam jacketed twin mixer kettle requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 29,442W while 240V offers 39,198W.
