This high-speed steamer's fan-forced convection system ensures even steaming, while KleanShield™ technology removes food waste from the cooking area and prevents cross-contamination in the open-style 1-gallon water reservoir. Plus, this reservoir is located at the bottom of the cooking compartment, making it easy to access. Designed to hold (6) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" full-size steam table pans, this heavy gauge stainless steel steamer comes with (4) 4" adjustable skid-resistant legs with flanged feet to protect your countertops from scratches. Plus, the exclusive left-hand, "self-adjusting" two-piece compartment door has a free-floating inner door to prevent leaks and a reversible door gasket to extend the life of the gasket.

The 5" easyTouch touchscreen interface has individual tray timers and makes operation easier than ever! It has low-temperature steam and holding modes for added versatility, along with the ability to maintain +/- 1 degree Fahrenheit for all cook modes. The interface also includes Press & Go recipes, cookbook storage, and customized mode icons. Self-diagnostics and maintenance with error logs, descaling steps, and notifications make the unit simple and intuitive to operate, clean, and maintain.

With its automatic water level controls and filling, this unit eliminates the need for manual water level monitoring and refills. Plus, the steamer automatically drains when it's turned off. The electric heating element is encased in a solid aluminum block for quick, efficient heat transfer, and it never needs deliming since it's not immersed in water. Safety features include a high-temperature shutoff, safety overflow standpipe, and a steam and fan shutoff control when the door is opened.
