My hotel pans are jammed together. How can I separate them?
There are a few methods for separating stuck pans. First, run hot water over the outside pan, then fill the inside pan with cold water. These do not fit on a bakers rack, but they are the perfect sized pans to make a 13 x 9 recipe in. You can bake and serve from these pans.

Great sturdy product Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. Can't go wrong with this name brand. Other than that I think this is a good product and will be ordering more in the future. Much better than then disposable pans and very close in cost. Used these for my sons graduation party 4 years ago and now use them regularly when entertaining at home. Not sure how I managed before when cooking and serving large crowds.

The non-jam feature on this is great. Just a good classic hotel pan. I like this more shallow version for items that don't need as much depth. Can still hold a lot and can contain the liquid. I bought the matching lid and it works great - fridge to oven. Good quality and easy to work with. would buy again and again.
