Steaming healthy and delicious meals is a breeze with the Cleveland 2-22CET63.1 SteamChef 3 double deck 9 pan electric countertop steamer! Thanks to its boilerless and pressureless design, this steamer can be used to prepare vegetables, seafood, rice, and more. Because it does not require a drain or water line, it's perfect for any kitchen! Plus, it can hold (6) 2 1/2" deep full size food pans in the lower cabinet and (3) in the upper cabinet to keep up with customer demand.

With 2 cabinets and a stacking kit, you are able to steam double the amount of food while taking up the same amount of floorspace. An open style 1 gallon water reservoir found at the bottom of the cooking department makes cleaning and maintenance much simpler than a closed system.

The patented KleanShield design collects and removes any condensation from the cooking compartment. This helps avoid hard to remove build up from condensation and the spreading of impurities that could occur from batch to batch cross-contamnation. This unit features a 60-minute mechanical timer, and for added safety, it also has electronic "low water" and "high temperature" automatic shutoffs that allow for additional peace of mind during busy times.

With SureCook compartment controls the timer automatically adjusts the cooking time with the colume of product presently being cooked and eliminates having to frequently check on food to see if it is done cooking. The stacking stand keeps the steaming cabinets at the ideal height for operation as well as safety standards and also includes an undershelf for additional storage. This unit requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
