Choice Windsor 8 3/8" Stainless Steel Dinner Knife - 12/Case

Knives were ok for our purposes, and the price can't be beat, but these were not the same quality as the Choice Windsor forks we've purchased twice in the past. Some had rough edges, many had abrasion marks from production. Same with spoons. A qc problem or Choice is using a different manufacturer sub. These would not be acceptable for most purposes.

They’re durable after a year purchase. they’re doing great with the dishwasher safe and the quality looks great and sturdy. Very good quality on the color and lack of scratching or pitting

Works well for basic use. Certainly not fancy, but cleans well and I don't worry too much about them getting thrown away accidentally during busy service times.

Good deal for the price - a lot cheaper than you can get anywhere else. Keep in mind that these are not fancy in any way, so if you are looking for serviceable, this will work - if you are looking for fancy - this is not it.

great knife for the money, they cost very little seeing how these get tossed out the trash its not a big deal to replace them. i will be buying these again

Very plain but nice. Clean. new. how much more could you ask for at this price. I like it. but for a formal occasion, I would get a fancier knife.

I got this over a year ago and it has held up to moderate daily usage. No turntable but deep cavity to fit a 1/3 or 1/2 pan in it. Preset timer buttons for 10 second to 5 minute use.

This knife does a good job in our restaurant. It's not overly expensive, washes well and is easy to store in your everyday silverware containers.

Price on these you can't beat them, however, they are a bit light weight and do not feel solid in you hand. They do a great job for our pub but if it was a better dinning experience I would recommend something of higher quality!

The silverware is great because it’s cheap we ordered a lot because our silverware seems to get lost or thrown away . For the price it is worth just keep ordering it and having some on hand.

Good quality product. Strong with no bending when in use. Easy to clean. Nice appearance for the right price. Will definitely order more as needed.

If you’re looking for good front of house service flatware, consider spending a little more money. Though the price on these is great, they feel very institutional.
