My hotel pans are jammed together. How can I separate them?
There are a few methods for separating stuck pans. First, run hot water over the outside pan, then fill the inside pan with cold water. The temperature difference should increase the gap between the pans and allow them to separate. Another option is to place a small amount of soapy water around the rim of the pan to break the surface tension. Wash both pans thoroughly after separating. These do not fit on a bakers rack, but they are the perfect sized pans to make a 13 x 9 recipe in. You can bake and serve from these pans.

Great sturdy product Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. Can't go wrong with this name brand. Other than that I think this is a good product and will be ordering more in the future. Much better than then disposable pans and very close in cost. Used these for my sons graduation party 4 years ago and now use them regularly when entertaining at home. Not sure how I managed before when cooking and serving large crowds.

The non-jam feature on this is great. Just a good classic hotel pan. I like this more shallow version for items that don't need as much depth. Can still hold a lot and can contain the liquid. I bought the matching lid and it works great - fridge to oven. Good quality and easy to work with. would buy again and again.
