These are complete rubbish. As soon as you take them out of the box, your fingers will be pinched and you'll immediately see how cheesy these are. Absolutely flimsy and do not align unless they are sitting on the steam table. Prepare yourself for your dish room to scream at you, and for these to come back bend and out of shape, and not fit again. Do not waste your money if you have a fast kitchen and need reliable, quality, strong products. Expect these to last one trip to the dish room, or on the truck out to the catering job. They will come back unusable.

Went to my local restaurant supplier and they wanted a arm & a leg for these. I was able to get 2 for the price of one. Good buy, but I would only use these on a full hotel pan with the same item. I would not use these for 2 separate items/2 half hotel pans. They do not have the little foot inserts to keep them in place like others on the market.

Domed lids are a space saver for sure, and allow you to fit more product into the tray than the lids that have the bump outs. The handles aren’t made great, wish they were a flatter design. The lids also come off the tray easily, you may have to realign frequently.

We purchased this to use with the Avantco W50, and we've not been very happy with the product. While conceptually it's great, the pan just isn't heavy enough to open and close properly and to stay in place. We have to constantly adjust it when in use, or place something to act as a weight on the back side of the pan to hold it in place. We eventually quit using it and went back to a standard domed lid. The cover looks great, and it's a great idea, but misses the mark for usability in our experience.
