No. The dolly is specifically constructed to hold Choice pan carriers. Putting undistributed weight other than the pan carrier on the dolly will cause damage to the dolly.
This cart came in a state where it was wobbly and couldn't hold the two units it was meant for upright well. After one job, the weight of two partly loaded pan carriers caused it to collapse. It it hadn't been parked against a corner, it would have fallen over and destroyed all the food for the event. This cheap knockoff will cost you a lot more than the purchase price if you let it!

wheel casters are all at different angles, with cambros loaded this cart won't roll flat and is in a accident waiting to happen. Very poor product. Would like to return.
