Choice Black Front Loading Insulated Food Pan Carrier - 5 Full-Size Pan Max Capacity

Get a Cambro. This somehow flimsy. The insulation gasket pops off constantly. I ordered it thinking, "well, its a simple design, it should work just as well." I was mistaken. When you manage to get the door to close with the gasket intact, it works ok, but when you have to open and close it several times to refill your chafing pans, you will enter a level of hell that I had no idea existed. Your are welcome, for my sacrifice to the culinary gods, in giving you this heads up.

Unfortunately, while this looks a lot like a Cambro UPC, the quality is not up to the standards of Cambro. I used two of these units in one single job, and they are basically garbage now. Missing pins in the latch assemblies, bad door fitment, and the internal dimensions are inconsistent causing pans to slip free inside. I expect much better of something sold as commercial grade. I've owned the product this is based on for 12+ years and given it a rough life with zero issues. These couldn't even survive being shipped to my freight forwarder without being badly damaged.

We love this product! When catering for a wedding over an hour way and arriving 2 hours prior to serving all our food was still off the smoker hot! We love them and will be ordering more!

My kids did great getting me this for Christmas. This was on my list for a few years. So ready to put to use !

Hot box has been used 5 times. Door latch completely broken. Made of cheap plastic that snapped. Product not at all durable.

Ordered this for my BBQ Concession Trailer Overall great product and very durable Heat retention is awesome 4 + hours Must have if you cater the only negative thing i can say is after a couple of uses I have to adjust the hinges

Buyer be ware! Be sure to read what type of pans fit this carrier before purchasing. I'm not sure if those companies make different pans but some of those don't fit either. I bought four of these, the first time I used them 2 of the gaskets broke. They do keep things at the proper temperasure, but if the pans you already have don't fit you will need to buy more of them. Better off purchasing a quality product for a few more dollars, much cheaper in the long run. I recently purchased chaffing dishes, those pans do not fit either. Very dissatisfied

THIS FOOD CARRIER IS INDESTRUCTIBLE I SWEAR. I'VE USED IT MANY TIMES IN MY CATERING BUSINESS AND NOT ONCE HAS IT DISAPPOINTED ME, THE MEALS ARE ALWAYS KEPT HOT AND WHENEVER I POP THE DOOR OPEN, FOGGY STEAM COMES RISING UP.

I ordered two - the black one and the red one. The black one works great. But the red one has yet to be used. When we got it, the latches were both broken. I've ready multiple reviews on this site saying the latches break. WebstauranteStore sent me another latch, and then we found that the second latch was broken. My biggest complaint is that Webstauranate refuses to expedite shipping. They will only ship ground because that's what was originally chosen. I chose that method in the beginning because it gave me enough time. But now, I've already missed on catering and had to borrow a cambro from a friend. I will have to do the same this week because Webstaurante refuses to make things right by either shipping a new product completely or the latch in a way that gets it to me by my event. Wish I would have bought a cambro.

This a must have for competition bbq! Keeps meat piping hot for an incredibly long time! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

this is a large, well made catering insulated box, from what i can tell. the gasket can be a little finicky, but once it's one, it seems to stay put. at something like half the price of other brands, it seems very much worth it.

We purchased two of these units at the end of August. Within two months, and only being used less than a dozen times, the plastic latch broke into two pieces. Unbelievable, how cheaply these are made!!!

I received my Choice Pan Carrier quickly and it was in perfect shape. I've only used it once, loaded up with hot side dishes in 1/2 tin pans (mac n cheese, baked beans, etc...) and it kept them hot for over 4 hours. Very happy with it so far. Only thing I did notice is the door was not perfectly aligned when it arrived. I adjusted the door a little to be sure it was even on all sides. Easy adjustment. Highly recommend this product.

Used in our mobile units to keep food at temp. Passed inspection every time. Works best when not opening and closing a lot, but worked doing this for about 4 hours.

received it just in time, sturdy strong and has a good seal to keep heat or cold inside, should have purchased one sooner, very excited.
