    Truly one of the best gadgets ever invented! A must have for any bar- especially high volume bars! Perfect lemon and lime wedges in a fraction of the time- Pays for itself in no time with the amount of labor costs saved vs manually slicing with a knife, and much safer as well! Blades are sharp but still takes a decent amount of force, but still considerably minimal effort. Great tool, great price. Highly recommend
