They're good for a small amount of time and then the end just breaks off, I've had some break the first 3 days of use scooping up strawberries along with many other frozen fruits.

Must buy purchased these so i could portion out food better then just guessing, especially when new staff in the kitchen. Hand is durable while whole spoon is super light weight. Handle does have a ledge on it so it doesn't fall into pot when not in use.
