Customer Q&AAsk a Question

How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.

I'm very satisfied with this 32 Qt aluminum pot. It does its job. Works perfectly on heavy duty task. I will order more when I expand the restaurant.

Chookiat S. on 10/25/2020

This is so my go to Seafood Broil pot when I'm cooking in bulk. It's well constructed, has a heavy weight to it and cleans up easily when it gets dirty. I also love the fact that the handles doesn't gets hot from the heat of the flames when cooking.

Durren M. from Surf And Turf Fridays Catering Consultants on 08/22/2020

A good durable pot for use on the line. I like these are thick so they wont develop a hole... Well I hope your staff doesn't abuse these enough to get a hole in them...

Sura K. from Sura Korean BBQ & Tofu House Long Beach on 10/01/2019

Bought this Choice 32 quart at Christmas during WS hourly sale, didn't expect much but when it arrived, the metal was thick, rivots were solid and this pot will last a long time.

Andrew M. from La Gondola Chicago on 04/06/2019

Gets the job done but it’s massive so make sure you need this big of a stock pot or else things get tricky ya know.

We use this giant stock pot to make our house-made sauces in bulk quantity. When it's full it can be quite heavy, so the fact that it's made of aluminum is great. It is a great pot!

Katie G. from Farm To You LLC on 07/21/2018

This one is big holds 32 qt. which is about 8 gallons handles don't break off there sturdy no downsides it was all good perfect

Mohamed S. from Business on 04/06/2018

I use this pot for home brewing the aluminum conducts heat evenly and maintains an even temperature which is key to a good home brew. Heavy duty too.

Anthony L. on 11/30/2017

This is a great size pan. You can make big batches of soup in this. 3-5 gallons at once. Very good value for its price.

James M. from Soul Traveler LLC on 08/02/2017

We use this every day to prepare our broth. It's large enough for my restaurant. It's very durable and easy to clean. Best price I could find.

Ut N. from Jade Star on 07/11/2017

Zhongzhi H. from Lancaster Tea Box Cafe on 03/16/2017

I got the 32 qt pot and I like the pot, well build, heavy , I am using it to reheat broth . broth keeps warm up to 20 minutes.

Yang P. on 02/13/2017

Great large stock pot. They do not warp, and are perfect for large batches of soups and stocks. Great for cooking large batches of pasta too!

Joe H. from Red Mile on 11/30/2016

The stock pot immediately pitted and discolored from simple every day tap water upon the first use. It would cost us too much to return these, so we were stuck with them. I do NOT recommend anyone to purchase these cheap pots.. they are garbage.

Sean A. from AWG Private Chefs on 10/18/2016

I use my stick pot every single day and it might be my favorite tool in the kitchen. After using it a 100 times, the aluminum has yet to wear off or chip. It cleans perfectly in the dishwasher.

Troy B. from 4Th Street Bistro on 09/23/2016

This is a must have tools to filter your filter oil at a good price. This 32 quart stock should be suffice to hold the cooking oil fo a 45 lb deep fat fryer.

Charles C. on 04/21/2016

The most that I like about this stock pot is that it's very light comparing to the stainless steel ones. I did end up going with the stainless steel one because I got a good deal at an auction, but generally this would be a good product for a catering company. I actually got to compare them side by side, and can't really say it was any big difference during cooking. The lighter weight definitely was a plus.

Artur A. from Vamcomplex USA on 11/29/2015

On this Stock Pot I can make a lot of sauces (8 gallons) is enough for what I need, the size is perfect to handled it, and the quality surprised me. Now I can cook and no get short. Of course price the best. The delivery were super fast and excellent packaged.

Oscar M. from Martin & Sons Enterprise, LLC on 08/20/2015

What a wonderful pot, I just used it to make 33 quarts of strawberry jam. I am excited to make my spaghetti sauce. Double the batch, which is a large batch for freezing to begin with (less time in front of the hot stove.) It cleans easily, I am just tickled!!! Spoiled to be more exact. Love it!

Debra M. on 08/01/2014

This pot is great for soups or stews. I made spaghetti sauce in it yesterday. It's sturdy and well made. The price on this site can't be beat.

David D. on 08/01/2012

I'm very pleased with this pot for my brewing, although I'm not convinced it will hold a full 32 quarts. I should have gone with a 40 quart pot to get some more headspace.

Theresa F. from Brewmcq on 03/14/2011

I started brewing my own beer at home and this stockpot is perfect when making a 5 gallon batch. It's large enough to boil the right amount of wort for my batch, and is small enough to fit my standard stove. You have to be careful when handling this on the counter, as it will leave scuff-marks.
