Read More ReviewsThe solid design efficiently catches liquids and sauces, which makes this spoon the ideal tool for restaurants, buffets, and catering.
Built-in finger grips on the handle ensure comfort when in use, while the convenient hanging hole in the handle allows for easy storage when not in use.
Additionally, it comes with a lightweight, Bakelite handle featuring an ergonomic grip for secure and easy serving and use. Heat resistant up to 230 degrees Fahrenheit, this handle does not conduct heat. Therefore, you can confidently grab onto this basting spoon without worrying about getting burned or putting on an oven mitt.
This spoon also has a handy notch on the underside of the handle that prevents it from slipping into pots or pan during use, which not only keeps it clean, but also eliminates contamination. Regardless of which delicious foods you cook and serve, this spoon is sure to become a versatile tool in your busy kitchen.
Attention CA Residents:This is a great spoon. The 15-inch handle is perfect for the deep pots to avoid having to reach your hand halfway into it. The coated handle is definitely worth the price. It was significantly more comfortable to hold than the non-coated version. The only drawback is black is the only option. There are no other color options like Choice typically offers.

I’ve used the Choice 15" Stainless Steel Basting Spoon at several large events, and it’s been rock solid. The coated handle gives a great grip, even when things get hot and messy. It’s long enough to reach deep pots without burning your hand, and the solid bowl scoops generously. No bending, no rust — just dependable performance. Verdict: ? Strong and durable ? Comfortable grip ? Great for high-volume cooking
The spoon was exactly what I anticipated. It’s a great spoon. Well built for what I use it for serving chili.
