This is a great spoon. The 15-inch handle is perfect for the deep pots to avoid having to reach your hand halfway into it. The coated handle is definitely worth the price. It was significantly more comfortable to hold than the non-coated version. The only drawback is black is the only option. There are no other color options like Choice typically offers.

I’ve used the Choice 15" Stainless Steel Basting Spoon at several large events, and it’s been rock solid. The coated handle gives a great grip, even when things get hot and messy. It’s long enough to reach deep pots without burning your hand, and the solid bowl scoops generously. No bending, no rust — just dependable performance. Verdict: ? Strong and durable ? Comfortable grip ? Great for high-volume cooking
The spoon was exactly what I anticipated. It’s a great spoon. Well built for what I use it for serving chili.

This spoon has a very sturdy feel. I have been impressed with how well this spoon has been able to hold up and was amazed when I learned how much my husband paid for it!
