This 11-inch coated handle perforated spoon is probably my favorite of all the perforated spoons. The spoon sizes are close to the same size, about 2 and 3/4" wide. The handle length only really matters depending on how deep of a container you are scooping things out of. Using this in a food truck, the 11-inch size works perfectly. I don't have a large enough space to have deep pots that I need a longer spoon. Plus, the length is already to the point where putting it in a drawer isn't ideal. Having it hang works better, and I have a lower ceiling and less room in the truck. The 11 inches works great. The coated handle is definitely worth it. It feels nice and sturdy, and fits in your hand well. The non-coated version is a bit sharp on the sides, and when squeezing the spoon hard to lift heavier items, the handle starts to hurt.
