Attention CA Residents:Love this platter lighweight and great depth. I use it mostly for serving. I havent tried to cook anything it but as one review said it can be used as a pie pan which i look forward to try. The edges are snooth and its well made. Recommend 100 percent
We use these trays for almost lot of items at my restaurant. Use them for Chargrilled Oysters, Fish Platters etc! I only wish that they were a little thicker, the bottom gets hot sometimes.
Wouldn’t call it a serving tray but I do think that’s a reasonable use for it. It’s a pie pan and a decent one. Prefer this to disposable but I wouldn’t choose it over another one per se.
