From buttery rolls to scrumptious cookies, this Chicago Metallic 40455 quarter size 16 gauge glazed 9 1/2" x 13" curled rim, no wire aluminum sheet / bun pan can handle all of your patrons' favorite bakery products! Crafted from 16 gauge aluminum, this sheet / bun pan offers superb durability. Built with a curled rim, this pan is designed to prevent warping and keep its shape after repeated use. Plus, its hard-coat anodized surface will not chip, peel rust or interact with food. Tough enough to resist the use and abuse of commercial kitchens, this pan will help you achieve a perfect bake every time because its dark surface color absorbs radiant heat - allowing faster baking times at lower temperatures. After seasoning, a small amount of oil on the surface of this pan will keep food from sticking and make cleanup easy.
Made in the USA with global materials, each pan comes complete with AMERICOAT® ePlus. This glaze is the industry's leading silicone coating technology and is used on all Chicago Metallic glazed pans. Using breakthrough silicone resins to achieve unparalleled results, AMERICOAT® ePlus is specifically formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact with food. The glaze features longer-lasting performance, having up to a 30% longer release life than competing glazes. It also reduces the need for oil usage up to 50%, is PFOA free, and helps reduce staining. You will spend less time cleaning and more time cooking, cutting down on both labor and overall costs!
The flat design of this cookie sheet / bun pan ensures even cooking, perfect for a variety of baking needs. This durable, long-lasting product is sure to be a staple in your busy kitchen.

Great for small lunches or reheating your dinner. I use this in my large toaster oven as well as my large every day oven. Great for heating up those hoagies.

This pan works just fine. It does not feel as substantial as my NordicWare pans, and does not appear to be made in USA (for those who care about that). However, it is also quite a bit cheaper than the NordicWare I was comparing against. Great value, great functionality, good (but not the best) quality pan I have used.

I bought this to replace the old tray from my toaster oven, It's a little small but everything else was too big. Cleans up easily.

For the extra price, you would think that they would be better than the Baker's Mark version of the same pan, but these pans have all warped and no longer lay flat. Save money and get the Baker's Mark version.

good sheet pan used all the time making rolls biscuits and for roasting chicken parts best I have ever used will slowly change out the old for these in the near future.
these are very high quality sheet pans. this quarter size is perfect for smaller dishes. they do cost a little bit more than economy pans, but they don't warp as easily and are super sturdy, so it's worth the investment.

It is a product that does what it is supposed to do. It's strong, resistant and easy to clean. It was the one of the most affordable in its category, but it is good! It recommend it, good price, good product

The 16 gauge Chicago Metallic sheet pan holds up well and is very sturdy. I use it for grill or griddle to prep table use.

The Chicago Metallic 40450 is an outstanding local made quarter sheet pan of top tier quality. Chicago Metallic is an excellent manufacturer and this quarter sheet pan is a nice thick gauge, consistent quality workhorse product that proves it. The pan is built to last and much better quality than you'll find with most other brands. In quality, I think they are only comparable to Vollrath. You can't go wrong with either brand and I own both. This quarter sheet pan is very much a standard shape and size and nests perfectly with Vollrath quarter sheets.
This pan is wonderful to make single serve dinners in. If you just have one or two filets of salmon this is the pan to cook them on.

Nice urban, industrial feel with a little bit of refinement. Durable like no other plate and as contemporary as can be. These little pans can be used for anything from sandwiches, to wings to apps.

We use these in our cheese melter and I absolutely love them. They're solid during heating and easy to clean with any stainless scrub pad.

These are great - for warming quiche, burritos, or pastries in the oven and we use for toasting in our conveyor oven all the time. Cute too next to the full sheets.
