Baker's Lane 9" x 12" Quarter Size Unbleached Quilon® Coated Parchment Paper Bun / Sheet Pan Liner Sheet - 1,000/Case

I haven’t been able to use the product as the 1st box came open with the sheets being exposed to who knows what during shipping, I didn’t feel it was safe to use. I just received a replacement shipment and the sheets are loose in a giant box that was mangled upon delivery. The 1st shipment was in the factory box at least but neither set is useable.

This is another Baker's Lane product that promises to be parchment paper when it's really just paper. It works for some products but anything that carmelizes a little bit just sticks to the paper. It arrived pretty messed up too, the whole box was crushed and all of the papers folded. I don't recommend Baker's Lane products.

I have always used the white parchment and never had sticking issues. I thought these would be the same but seeming more “natural.” They are not the same. EVERYTHING I bake on these sticks to it. I roll sugar cookie dough between them and it sticks to them! I’ve frozen sugar cookie dough between them and it sticks! I’m frustrated because I ordered two cases of 1000 sheets and as a home baker, I don’t use enough to go through them. I’m stuck with them. I do not recommend at all. I’m using them to line treat boxes and packing. Glad I have silicone mats to bake with. I can’t afford to buy the white sheets right now.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I have had to tear my bread off of this parchment, or better said, tear this parchment off of my bread, and then cut off what's still there! I had to put a full coating of different corn meal grinds, seriously, FULL COATING of finally TWO different corn meal grinds so that this parchment was, did I say FULL COATING? and then finally I could scrape the bread off from the bloody stuff, and it still was bad (thats PG for you). Save yourself! Its awful. God I wish I had taken a photo. If I can add one later, I will. I'll even sacrifice some more bread to show you. SERIOUSLY? Now I have to give it one star so that I can submit, warn you.

We use this paper so much! For lining sheet pans, in between broken baked goods, & wrapping bread. Makes things so much easier and cleaner.

I like these not only because they are unbleached, but because they are sturdier than the cheaper options, which tend to scorch and tear easily.

These unbleached parchment paper sheets not only give a peace of mind but also a great non stick surface for baking. I like to order the full size and then cut them in half for use in the half size sheet trays.

Thai is a great option into white parchment sheets. The papers are great but it is not shipped very good and often comes damaged to our location.

This is a very useful product for the prolific home baker. You never have to worry about what is the proper size to cut, since it is all ready 12 " x 16". And if you are feeling generous you could always share a few sheets with your baking buddies.

Making pizza at home just got SO much easier! Cleanup is a breeze with parchment paper and the sheets are far superior to the rolls I bought at the store because now I don't have the edges curling up on my and getting in the way!

These are awesome pan liners and come in handy more times than you'd expect. I love them, but I just get the regular white liners as they're a little bit cheaper. These work just the same though.

These make baking cookies so much easier! The width is a touch wider than my half sheet pans (not sure why), but the parchment folds up the side very easily and doesn't create any problems. I use a Silpat under these to provide insulation and prevent over-browned bottoms and these make cleanup a total breeze.

Good to have the sheet that is unbleached since then they don't use any chemicals to make it white. It also does help foods not stick on pans and keeps it safer if you are using alumium since the alumium can get into food and be unhealthy. Great product we only can use them once as they get burnt or soggy after roasting veggies on them but dry things like nuts roasting or even cookies might be reusable.

Great nonstick sheets. Fits my pan perfectly. Highly recommend for baking and other projects around the kitchen that you do not want items sticking to. Will purchase again. Great value.

I purchased these pan liners for use in my croissant baking. It has a stick-resistant surface that’s perfect when proofing. Since it’s lining my pans, they can go straight to the oven and afterward, cleanup is faster since my pans aren’t as greasy. Then, you just throw the liners away and there’s no guilt since they’re a green product.

As the traditional soapstress for Cielo Soaps, I only use hand crafted wooden soap molds. I line my molds with Baker's Lane Parchment Paper, which allows my soap to unmold easily. Wonderful product and reasonably priced.

These sheets are very high quality. I am a home baker but, I have a professional home kitchen and it is well used. My gas ovens produce superior food and I use these sheets every day. The cookies and baked goods slide off. The paper is thick enough to last multiple batches. Eventhough they are rated for 425 degrees, I used them with the broiler and had no problems!
