To create just the right texture, your soft serve machine will add a calculated amount of air, ranging from 33 to 45% of your mix's total volume. With the convenience of a bagged mix, all you need to do is pour the ingredients into your machine and watch as the lines of hungry customers begin to form at your ice cream shop, snack bar, or buffet.
For your convenience, this dry mix does not require refrigeration like comparable liquid mixes, therefore freeing up valuable space in your reach-in or walk-in freezer.

We do not use it conventionally as actual soft serve, BUT it does serve our needs leaving a good, sweet and very smooth/fluffy consistency in frozen goods.

We never ended up using these. It was ok, but we had to add dry milk in order to make it creamy enough. May be good if its for personal use, but we give our customers the best product possible.
