Its small - but the biggest I could find for a 120 V connection. Its nothing fancy but gets the job done. It holds 3 liters of oil perfectly, and can go as low as 2. The control head tilts-up 90 deg and latches, so you can remove the tank (which is a 1/3 pan) and clean everything easily. Heats-up quickly and holds temperature accurately all-day long. The basket is nice quality and the handle stays cool.
