The Cecilware EL25 countertop deep fryer features easy-to-use controls and fast-responding heating elements for accurate heat adjustments, and its stainless steel 15 lb. tank is removable for easy cleaning. For the best operator safety, thermal overload device turns off the fryer if the heating element gets too hot, and a cutout switch automatically turns off the element when the tank is being removed. This unit conveniently ships with non-slip feet and two fryer baskets.
The Cecilware EL25 stainless steel electric countertop fryer requires a 240V electrical connection.
