The little fryer that could! We have a breakfast catering company so we don't fry a ton of things, so a little fryer like this is perfect for us. I have made 1000 pieces of chicken for chicken & waffles in just a few hours using this piece of equipment. It is easy to clean and I love that the interior pan is actually just a half size steam table tray.

Since we received this fryer, we have had issues with it. The safety trigger that shuts the unit off when the heating element is out of place is faulty and keeps the unit from heating up. It is a constant problem and we cannot use it consistently unless staff is holding the heating element in a specific place, which defeats the purpose of the safety feature. We called to have this fixed and they wanted to charge us for someone to come look at it last year when it was under warranty. Its a shame. Wish they would have let us just swap this out with one that works. We would have sent it back.

We bought this to use for fried desserts to take some of the strain off of out three 40 pound deep fryers and so far so good. It is not as heavy as you may think. The part that holds the oil is basically an extra deep half hotel pan.
