Was looking for a solid popcorn machine for personal home use. We love this machine. Zero issues. Warming bulb went out after 2 months. Other than that it's been perfect. Easy to clean and maintain. If your family are popcorn lovers. The 8oz 1400 watt is the way to go. Warming plate works great. Pops pretty fast. I'd buy again.

i changed my light bulb after 3 months of use. i dont know the lifetime of this product. But for the 3 months it works good.
I am in love with my theatre style popcorn machine made by Carnival King that I purchased at the Webstaurant Store. I purchased the extra bulbs for a back up as we use our machine daily for home use. I have not had to replace my original bulb yet and we use our machine daily for a healthy snack. The neighbors come over daily for their big cup of fresh popcorn.
I had purchased a new Carnival King Popcorn machine and within 3 weeks the bulb burned out . So I messaged the customer care representative at the WebstaurantStore who was very helpful. I sent in my model number and serial number and within 2 days they sent me a brand new replacement bulb. I am a very satisfied customer.
