I catered a wedding which had only a small kitchen and an oven that had only two racks inside. This is a great product because it has the ability to keep all of your food at the proper temperatures. I used the top section for hot and the bottom section for the cold food. When it was time to put the food out it was perfect and the guests all loved everything.

We ordered 4 of these units to begin our "breakfast in the classroom" at 2 locations within our district. These units are shipped ready to go straight out of the box which is wonderful. The doors and gaskets come off for easy cleaning and the unit is well designed. We use them for less than 1 to 1.5hrs. We can not attest if they hold a full 4 hours, but they withstand opening and shutting and maintain hot and cold temps during our use. (We do use frozen pans in the cold box.) We hope to purchase more in the future. Very affordable.

Box works great for hot or cold products. It rolls well on almost any suface and keeps products hot or cold for at least 4 hours.
