this item is a back saver the partment trees that sit on top of this item get very happy when you have food in them they're heavy as it is as it is because of the installation that inside of them to keep your food hot or cold if you are in the catering business like I do this is one of the best items that you can buy very easy to use it comes put together I highly recommend anybody and catering business or looking into a catering business this is a must have
