This Carlisle 667023 Six Star 4' gray sneeze guard is made to attach to compatible Six Star food buffets. When used together, the sneeze guard protects the buffet from food contamination, preventing germs from spreading from customers to the food ready for service. This makes the guard a smart investment for food safety.
Made of durable polyethylene, two gray sneeze guard posts hold up the double-sided sneeze guard. These two acrylic panels provide product visibility while creating a barrier between guests and the food in the buffet. This barrier still allows for self-service though, so guests can easily portion their own meals.
Other components required to assemble the sneeze guard are included as well, such as the food bar ridge channel and hardware. Plus, for ultimate buffet versatility, the sneeze guard is well suited for cold or hot dishes; it can withstand temperatures from 32 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
