My broom arrived with the bristles mishappened. I do not believe this to be a result of lack of quality from the broom manufacturer. Rather this seems to of been a result of faulty shipping and handling. Fortunately, this website goes above and beyond to rectify any quality control issues. I was promptly offered reimbursement after giving proof of damage. I appreciate that this company stands behind its products. I will definitely continue shopping here in the future.

I’m only 5’3”, so this broom is so easy for me to use. I get excited when I find products that have petite people in mind. Also, I had planned on using this to clean up quick messes on our hardwood floors, but I found out this can also be used on carpet. Mind blown! I also got a dust pan to go with it (Item #: 6902005).

A nice little broom when you just need to do a quick little touch up in a hurry. It has held up well. One trick is to hang by the handle to keep the brush part from getting a curl to it.

Good heavy duty broom, just doesn't do a great job of holding its shape. The plastic tends to bend and then stay in a bent shape, which is very impractical.

These brooms are great! And ridiculously cheap! The frayed tips certainly pick up a lot of extra dust, but i prefer the corn broom style, this is a great combination of two good things!

Broom is sturdy, however, it is too stiff. It is difficult to reach difficult areas because it is not flexible enough. Very durable though, may be better for completely flat surfaces, not tile with deep grout.
