I got these for our new salad bar and they are wonderful! They are a perfect size (about 3 cups). It is shallow enough that we don't have a lot of waste with our smaller school. They fit down into the ML-171-BK Full sized Melamine Adapter Plate with six cut-outs for six round crocks! The lids are clear-ish so that you can tell what is in them without taking off the lids.
I love the fact that they let you buy these containers by the case. That really helped us save on shipping. Not only that, but they were a lot better quality than the cheap brands.

These are great products from Carlisle. They last a very long time and don't show much wear and tear. Also, they clean up nicely in the dishwasher. Lids are nice for prepping items ahead of time. Replacement lids are available too...as one or two will always seem to get misplaced.
