This scale was wonderful ...... for a while. I love the touchless tare feature, the clean, large weighing area. After a while it started losing connection with the display, requiring a reset. One day it quit completely. Webstaurant helped me get a replacement sent out in July of 2020. Same thing happening with the replacement scale. By Feb 2021 it is dead again. .I am in process of trying to get warranty replacement AGAIN! Total pain in the rear. If it worked I would give 5 stars and tell everyone to buy, but for the money it is not worth getting a new one every six months. Buy something more reliable for your operation and you'll be better off in the long run.

Works good when it works but its always failing. then we mess with it turning on and off or putting in batteries. Then if that doesn't work we try changing channels on both devices. Finally after a year i got tired of messing with it and bought a different one.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. It's great that I don't have to touch the screen when my hands are dirty. The scale itself is so easy to clean. I dropped the scale and the battery cover broke. When I called the company to get buy a replacement they forwarded me to another company that sent it to me for free. Great customer service!

I was very excited to finally find a pizza scale with a cordless display. I bought it as soon as I saw it. Bad news: the platform is too large for anything less than a 16" pizza. When applying cheese and toppings, typically some will fall off the edge of the pizza into the catch pan below. With this large platform, the waste stays on the scale, so the weight displays toppings on the pizza as well as those not on the pizza but still on the platform, resulting in the portion on the pizza being less than what the scale reads. I would buy lots of these if they had a 10" or 12" platform. As it is I won't be buying any more. Too Bad. Please make a new model with a smaller platform!!!

I was tired of paying for the over priced Edlund scales so i tried this one for my pizza store. It has a lot of features that are very helpful. The ability to Tare with the wave of your hand instead of pressing a button helps keep the tare button from breaking because you never need to press it. It also keeps the scale display clean. I love the wireless digital display so its one less cord to have to deal with. You can use batteries but I use the two AC plugs that come with it. I have had it for over a year and the only bad things i have to say about it is that it will freeze up about once a week and i have to power cycle it and that fixes the problem.
