I cannot say enough about this product. It is fantastic. It keep food hot for nearly 6 hours. I used to cook BBQ competitions and had to leave the door cracked so that the meat actually cooled down faster. Without doing this, it would maintain temps that would continue to cook; rather than soak up all the goodness. So, after letting the door stay cracked the temps would gradually come down to around 160ish and then we would close the door and it would maintain that temp down to around 140ish for 4 hours. There is almost no reason to purchase an electric warmer when you have one of these. We now own several.

I use this carrier for our Church Wild Game Dinner to hold the extra food. It keeps the food hot for the 2 hours I need it too. I even have used it as a cooler. Took a 4" full hotel pan and filled it with ice cubes. Put it on the top rack of the box and then all my food below it. It keep the food cool for 3 hours! Very "cool" product. I plan on getting 1 more when the budget allows.

Cambro is a solid product. It is rugged, and well built, holding up to the very active competition weekends. I can count on it holding the temps I must have to put out a safe product. Easy to use as a cooler, or a hot box. I bought 2 of these and use them both at competitions and in my catering business. Well worth the money.

Solid product. Very well built and thought through. The black color is great for caterers as it doesn't show dirt as easily as the other colors do as you are carrying them into events.

Purchased these to help with catering events. These are high quality items and have held up extremely well to repeated use and abuse. They are easy to clean on the inside. The door and hinges are also solid and not "weak" like some similar items.

We do allot of cater orders in area, to school, hospital, private party. Let me tell you. it's been use almost every week. All we did was just add hot water to a pan leave it inside for 20 minute before we start cooking food and store it. It stayed hot until you open and closed. We used as a first batch of food and other one with heater built in as food storage for refill. Works great so far, trouble free.

Even if you're not catering, these things are indispensable. Super handy, even for holding extra pans of hot food off the line. Put pans in from the oven and they're still too hot to touch 5 hours later.

I have seven of these cambro hot boxes. They maintain hot temps for hours, are easy to fill and to clean, and lock into each pther for stacking. I highly recommend them.

This item is awesome, keeps warm items very warm. but works very well as an ice chest, used for summer, was out all day and ice didn't melt much, great product

We use these for transporting food to the customer and also for storing there. Generally, we've found we can cook, store, and have the food be still hot and serviceable up to 8 hours later, which is incredible insulation. Anything beyond that we would have concerns (don't leave food in this overnight), but its a significant amount of time and a great product

I use it to keep pizza dough cold for my mobile pizza oven during hot summers. Awesome! I use half sheet pans and I can fit 12 in there(can get heavy with that much dough). Highly recommended.

This unit is used often. It holds food hot and cold well. The exterior plastic is thin and will dent and show wear and tear easily when handled. You will see these dents in the foam used to insulate the boxes. I have not had a puncture in the exterior plastic yet. I would overall recommend this item.

I am extremely satisfied with this Camcarrier. The look (gray) is clean an elegant. I bought one just to see if that was what the business needed and I am already planning on buying a second one. The food pans are very easy to insert because on the inside there are "lids" where you can slide right in the food pans. The handles on the side make it easy to carry between one if no one if available to help. And also, it says that maintain food hot for 4 hours but I used by for 4+ hours and the food stays hot. Highly recommended.

Cambro has delivered for sure i have kept food hot all day even tho it says 4 hours it is a true work horse for a catering business!

These carriers have been a lifesaver for my operation. We host a bbq meal offsite and had been taking racks with us every time and hoping the food would stay hot. The addition of these carriers has allowed me to hold food at safe temperatures, and keep food hot for hours. The quality of the food at my operation has improved with the addition of these carriers. These Cambro pan carriers are a nice improvement over the previous model. They can hold 50% more hotel pans and are easier to open and close. A little more difficult to take apart and clean, but still completely washable inside and out for when you spill inside.

We are so happy this arrived when it did. Cambro is the only brand to buy. They last and very durable and easy to find replacement parts,.

You reallly can't beat purchasing a Cambro brand camcarrier. I've used these for years and continue to purchase them for all of my hot food transport.

This is the hottest box that we have used so far. Anytime we replace our boxes it will be with this box. Drove 2 hours to drop off a catering and the food seemed hotter coming out of this Cambro then it did the electric hot box.
