I saw the need and benefit of having this strap. However based on my experience using it, I have never been able to get it tight enough. Maybe I'm not doing something right. So a demo or instruction on how to properly use this would have gone a far way. The product itself is good quality.

If you have a couple of these hot boxes and the wheels, I highly recommend this strap. It's easy to use and allows you to get hot boxes on a lift gate for putting on a truck, or just provides stability if you need to roll the carts of the uneven sidewalks of say Chicago.
