Staff states the feel in the hand is great and they are the perfect size for use at the range or grill. We wash and sterilize in the dishwasher with not problems.

The turner is great for larger items...I love using for catering gigs. The slots are for oil and grease to drip through. The plastic is sturdy and lasts for years.

Love all of the Cambro high heat plastic turners. The slotted one is my favorite.The are great for letting excess fat/oil drain away before plating. Can't believe the heat they can resist for being plastic.

This is a good item for the price. It does hold up to high heat well and is durable. It is very easy to clean.
