I use this turner to remove large cookies from the cookies sheets. I love the size, the quality, and the design. At last I have a tool to keep Mt cookies from breaking as I place them on a cooling rack. I highly recommend this item.

The Cambro SPA14 turner is hands down the best spatula around.Gentle enough for nonstick , and durable enough for stainless or cast iron . Can't believe how durable it is being plastic.

While true grease doesn't leak through these since they're solid they're still made of a solid and sturdy material and a necessity in any fast paced kitchen

This item does hold up to high heat well. It is very easy to clean and durable. It is great for teflon frying pans. It doesn't scratch the surface.
