These lids with the cambro dough boxes are the best combination by far. Worth paying the extra for. The cheaper lids work but they are bulkier and not as sleek as these. These lids create a much more stackable box and seal really well. Our dough doesn’t dry out all day with these.
Great product. This lid is ultra durable that will stand up to every day wear and tear of a busy restaurant. Lightweight and easy to clean. These lids allow proofing boxes to stack easily which is great for storage.
These tops fit just right on their matching boxes sold here. You don't need as many as the boxes you have, as the boxes Nestle in to each other.
This is an awesome kid to my professional proofing box. This lid is substantial in thickness/quality and provides a nice seal. Will last a lifetime! I was a little out of my league one ordering the proofing box/lid but I am trying to pretend that I'm a professional pizza chef! I have an outdoor pizza oven and I have to say that proofing my homemade dough in this box made it even tastier and with a fabulous texture! My guests raved about the quality of my dough! Fit perfectly on top of the Cambro box with a nice seal. The lid is necessary for stacking the boxes. We use about 12 of them on a daily basis for shipping out our products, and they still work perfectly fine after a year.
The best lids for pizza dough boxes. I did buy cheaper covers and i regret it. I was trying to save money not worth it. Buy these ones.
