We ordered Cambro 60CWD135 Camwear 1/6 Size Clear Polycarbonate Drain Tray for our breakfast/lunch café. We use these trays inside of 1/6 size food pans. These drain trays are lifesavers! Great to use with produce that produces a lot of liquids, like sliced tomatoes and pickles. They help keep ingredients fresher for longer periods of time.

I love this for draining certain foods in containers. This is great for keeping some beans, pico de gallo, etc. In a container and avoiding all the juice as it drains in the bottom of the container.

this drain tray is very helpful to prevent the tomatoes from getting covered in juice, it is also used with the lettuce and the onion, it is very easy to clean and very well built

We use this for our tomatoes, it collects all the water that typically falls out of the tomato which allows us to prevent soggy tomatoes. It works amazingly for us.

These drain trays fit in several brands of both polycarbonate and metal 1/6 pans. We use them for sliced fresh mozzarella and sliced tomatoes, and they do a perfect job keeping the liquids at bay.

I'm getting more of these. I think there are uses I haven't even though of. Right now I put it in my camwear anytime I'm working with semi-wet ingredients, berries, cut peppers and sprouts. I can store my ingredients without having to worry about the ingredients on the bottom getting soggy, losing firmness or early spoilage.

These are a really neat little item to keep in your restaurant. We use it on the bottom of our cut fruit and they fit perfectly in our cambros.

We've been using these for about 4 years and we love them. We use them for our berries to extract some of the juices so they don't become soggy and mushy.

These drain trays are perfect in every way. We use them in our prep table for cheeses, meats, and produce that sweats. They are durable and easy to clean.

These are great for fruit which are wet and you don't want to get soggy after sitting for hours. it sits up slightly off the tray to allow liquid to fall below.

I got this drain tray to help keep my fruits topping fresh and to allow excess liquid to drain away from the fruits. It does what it is advertise to do and everything I expected it to do.. Between this and Carlisle drain tray, I prefer this one as the drain holes are a little smaller.

I LOVE these!!! They extend the shelf life of my products that I don't want sitting in liquid like our tomatoes or ham. I really like the price on these, because they seem to occasionally get thrown away on accident. I look at these as getting them for free with the amount of money these save me in lost product otherwise. Would highly recommend. Just be sure to order enough to account for your prep levels.
