The filter does not screw on. Purchased 2x already and both filters don't screw on. Looks like the threads aren't aligned.

I had a lot of trouble getting the filter to screw into the metal support. Once I finally got it on it leaked badly. Reached out to webstaurant who directed me to Bunn because I wasnt using this on a Bunn machine. Bunn advised it can be used on any machine. Bunn says they will send me a new filter so I hope the new one screws on easier or I will have the same problem. I would suggest a different filter. Too much trouble.
