We have learned our lesson with this item and are swearing off this model and will be avoiding Bunn as a brand. We just had our 6th one of these small boilers fail between 3 business locations, within 6 months. Each unit has been replaced at least once, after being in use after being in use anywhere 4 to 9 months. All units used anywhere from 3 to 8 times per day, dispensing only one gallon at a time, and never more than twice in an hour. All are connected to public water supply and filtration systems. We recently had Bunn service out to a location for one of them. Bill was $ for 2 visits, and they never got the unit back in service. Tech said “our water was too pure”. PREPOSTEROUS! AVOID THIS PRODUCT .

Trash unit. It worked for a few months before giving up. Bunn warranty is ridiculous. They had a tech come out to diagnose it for $160, they said they'd call me back and never reached back out. I went a month waiting for them to come out and to finally hear back from them.
They now want to charge me an additional fee for parts and labor.
The rate was almost the price of a new unit. What a pointless warranty. I would NEVER buy BUNN again.
