This is my 3rd Bunn coffee maker. The first two were big box store, home versions. The first two were great machines, but both started to leak water a couple years into using them, due to the lesser quality of a home version, and all the plasstic parts. I knew I wanted to replace this last unit with another Bunn, but this time I wanted a unit that would stand up to YEARS of service. Both previous units were Carafe style units, so the new one had to be also. I ordered my new unit on a Tuesday, and it was delivered on Friday (residential). I love the heft of this machine (quality parts) and all the nice Stainless Steel parts (very few plastic parts). Being familiar with Bunn, setup was a snap. This Bunn Coffeemaker is awesome! We love it! I'd originally bought a Bunn Coffeemaker elsewhere and ended up returning it. The quality just wasn't there. Very flimsy plastic base. This coffee maker..... wow! Quality through and through. I'm sure it'll last for years. Great service from webstaurant.com, too. I ordered another thermal carafe so when we have out-of-town guests no one will have to wait. Coffee makes super fast. Oh..... and another big plus. I'd left coffee overnight in the carafe (from late afternoon) and the next morning it was still warm..... and delicious! Amazing! Bunn is the BEST!!!

This machine is great for locations that want to sell coffee but don't want to lose profit by throwing out old coffee. It can keep the coffee warm and fresh for hours.
